The Analog Positioner SRI990 by FOXBORO ECKARDT is an electro-pneumatic positioner offering simple and precise setting via switches and potentiometer.

Following the successful introduction of Intelligent Positioner SRD991 , FOXBORO ECKARDT is in a position today to offer electro-pneumatic technology on a purely electronic basis with the Analog Positioner SRI990. The Analog Positioner is a price oriented alternative to micro-process controlled positioners. Conversion to Digital, HART, Foxcom or also to Fieldbus will be easily feasible by the modular structure. Precisely adjustable potentiometers for amplification and damping and easily operated switches for various input signal ranges substantially reduce the time for setting and start-up of the device.

The attachment to linear as well as rotary actuators is feasible with only one device version in different mounting positions.

A small amount of overpressure prevents entry of aggressive environmental influences or dust into the housing. Possibly penetrated condensation water is continually rinsed from the device. This feature guarantees a long life span.
